MCVB’s Servicing division uses the Bureau’s extensive partner network to help clients source accommodation, venues, audio visual equipment, corporate gifts, touring options and other products and services essential to the success of an event.
What does Business Events Servicing Provide?
Where a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) has been employed, MCVB liaises with the PCO or alternatively direct with the client to provide services where needed, including assistance with delegate boosting, pre and post touring, and collateral/promotional product needs. Business Events Servicing uses MCVB’s extensive member network to help event organisers source:
- Accommodation
- Audio visual equipment
- Corporate gifts
- Venues
- Touring and transport
MCVB’s Business Events Servicing Unit provides on-site support, ‘Melbourne welcome’ activities including banners and signage, assistance in facilitating welcome letters from Lord Mayor for delegates of MCVB won events (if applicable) and airport assistance.
