
Suggested Incentive Ininerary
Day 1
Travel from your hotel via water taxi to stunning waterfront precinct, Docklands. For lunch, the group will enjoy modern Australian cuisine at Sketch, a private warehouse venue at Central Pier with fabulous bay views.
Tour Melbourne on the back of a Harley Davidson in the afternoon then take a sophisticated turn at the National Gallery of Victoria - the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. Sample pre-dinner drinks and canapés in Federation Court with music provided by a String Quartet, and continue into the Great Hall with its cascading water wall for a delicious dinner, while Opera by Disguise surprises guests with a special performance.
Day 2
Depart Melbourne bright and early for a hot air balloon flight over the picturesque Yarra Valley wine region. Following an al fresco champagne breakfast in the courtyard at Rochford Wines, visit Domaine Chandon, one of only five Chandon wineries outside of France, and learn about the sparkling wine making process. Afterwards, meet Australian native animals in a natural setting at Healesville Sanctuary.
Indulge in a three course lunch at the award-winning Yering Station Wine Bar Restaurant then visit the enticing local produce store. Return to Melbourne for an afternoon of leisure.
In the evening, visit one of Melbourne's hottest new venues; Spice Market is a lavish, Middle-Eastern inspired venue. Delegates will party like royalty in the Bell Epoque Lounge with their own dedicated attendant supplying cocktails and mezze style food throughout the night.
Day 3
Board your private plane and experience 243 kilometres of spectacular coastline along the Great Ocean Road. Marvel at the sensational scenery of thundering surf, unspoiled beaches, and fly around the giant rock stacks that are the famous Twelve Apostles.
After the flight, the group will enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch, then it's off to explore more of the region including a 4WD tour down the Shipwreck Coast. Travel back to Melbourne by plane, flying over historic towns.
In the evening, the group will be guided through a maze of kitchens for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at one of the most diverse entertainment resorts of its kind in the world - Crown. A Master Chef will prepare a sublime meal for the group right in the heart of a banquet kitchen.
Day 4
Begin the day with a taste of Melbourne's bustling market life on a 'Foodies' Tour' through the Queen Victoria Market and discover food and wine from around the globe.
Take a stroll down Little Bourke Street to see Melbourne's Chinatown precinct - the longest continuous Chinese settlement in the Western World - and graze through a delicious Yum Cha lunch.
The group will continue on to Phillip Island outside of Melbourne to visit the Koala Conservation Centre, the Nobbies Centre marine attraction and the Penguin Parade; witness the 'little penguins' emerging from the sea at dusk to waddle to their burrows. Enjoy a fresh seafood dinner before returning to Melbourne.
Day 5
Prior to departure, take the time to explore the hidden laneways of Melbourne's city centre, or enjoy some half-day tours:

- Chocoholic tour - discover Melbourne's world of chocolate
- Hidden laneways and arcades tour
- Guided tour around Melbourne's galleries
- Visit Melbourne Aquarium.
